· Available for any questions, comments or concerns.
· Periodical meetings with our engineers to maintain long-lasting communication, technical assistance and product refinement.
· Constant utilization of customer feedback to continually improve our products to better meet the needs of our customers.
· Assisting getting CE,CSA and other approval for the products.
· Provide training for how our products work, how to install and how to maintain.
· Providing technical material for marketing.
